📚 Exciting News, OPE School Community! 📚 Good afternoon, everyone! We are thrilled that our One School, One Book: Family Edition program is kicking off today! From April 8th to April 25th, we'll be diving into the magical world of "Odder" by Katherine Applegate, and we can't wait for you to join us on this reading adventure. Students enjoyed walking into an underwater kelp forest. Why are we doing this? Research shows that reading together has incredible benefits for children—it boosts literacy skills and fosters a lifelong love for learning. Here's what you can expect: Each family will receive a copy of "Odder," a reading log, and a special bookmark for each student. Guardians, read with your child daily and sign the reading log to track your progress. Starting April 9th, participate in our daily trivia questions related to "Odder" for a chance to win fantastic prizes! Remember to keep those reading logs updated, turn them in on Mondays for weekly prizes, and submit them by noon on April 25th for a chance to enter our grand prize drawing.
