Construction Program Management, Construction Project Management Services, Value Engineering (VE), Constructability Review (CR) Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) and Building Commissioning (CX)
Ocean Beach School District is seeking proposals from interested parties capable of providing Construction Consultant Services and Project Construction Management Services, Value Engineering (VE), Constructability Reviews (CR), Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FFE), and Building Commissioning (Cx) Management Services for ongoing district-wide capital construction projects, planning and construction services which may include grant management and major/minor public works capital construction projects. Interested parties must be able to navigate the planning and execution of the Washington State grant programs and capital construction projects from concept to construction closeout with multiple funding sources.
