C. Public Comment - Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per person up to 30 minutes total. The Board is precluded from discussing or acting on items raised by public comment, which are not already on the agenda. Speakers may offer objective criticism of district operations and programs, but the Board will not hear any complaints concerning specific district personnel. The Board President will direct the visitor to the appropriate means for Board consideration and disposition of legitimate complaints involving individuals. Board Policy File No. 1430
